Event Request Form
The activity of the church is the life of the church. The more members and guest participate in the life of the church, the more like family we become. Fellowship is important! God created us to exist, learn and grow in community.
If you are Chairperson of a ministry or committee and are planning an event or a meeting using the church facilities, it is important you clear the date and building use with the office. Conflicts never promote good fellowship. It reduces the number of members and guests that will attend your event or meeting, creates frustration and conflict between ministries, and decreases the ability of the congregation to thrive and grow.
After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation that no conflict exists with the date, time or location of your request. The event or meeting will also be placed on the Activity Calendar. Please do not begin publicizing your event until you have received the confirmation. There is also an area for you to enter promotional information for our website, bulletin and announcement time during gatherings. Please be concise but include enough information that your event can be properly promoted.
